Yep some of them are very hard to find took me 4 sets of quests with a 130s scan time to catch a Radar Hacking 4. I have been wondering though if the PP impants are working properly but never had a chance to really check.

This offer used to be very difficult to fill, But since Elite Drone AI can no longer be sold on the market or by contract is virtually if not impossible to fulfill. Time to go back to getting the stupid no's of beta implants instead.
